Felipe Herrera Cardozo
Felipe is member of Durán & Osorio since 2009. Felipe has acquired extensive experience in the structuring and development of public infrastructure projects with private participation, most notably in the road, airport, water and sanitation and social infrastructure sectors.
Among others, Felipe participated in the drafting of the standardized PPP contract for the fourth generation (4G) of road concession contracts and coordinated the legal structuring of a large number of these projects. The 4G concession program is the most ambitious investment program in Colombia, with more than 25 billion dollars of expected investment. He also participated in the structuring of the concession of 6 regional airports. Felipe is currently part of the legal team structuring Bogotá’s First Metro Line, the city’s most ambitious infrastructure project, as well as of the team currently structuring a PPP scheme for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a group of public hospitals in the city of Bogotá.
